What are your terms of warranty?

  • Xpeda offers a limited warranty of defects in manufacturing for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
    1. Any normal wear and tear to crystal, strap or band, watch case, finishing and battery;
    2. Intentional damages, abuse, tampering, loss or theft;
    3. Repairs by third party;
    4. Out of warranty period.

 

What is the general repair time?

  • Repair normally takes 4-6 weeks and you will be notified via email once we receive your watch. Please note that holidays or special cases may affect the time of repairing.

 

My watch is not working. What shall I do?
